It wasn't delivered in the time it was stated it would be. I couldn't track my package, so I'm not sure why. It could have been hold up in customs, I don't know.
It's a beautiful necklace. Very well done. I would have liked there to be a chain (which could have been a beaded one) or some mechanism that allowed the necklace to be able to custom size for multiple sized necks. I'm a small lady and would like it to be a little bit snugger around my neck.
All in all I would shop with this vendor again. It took a long time for the necklace to get to me and I did message the vendor, she was prompt in messaging me back and let be know what was going on. So good customer service, and I really like her items.
Unfortunately I didn’t receive one pair of the earrings I had asked for even though Naheri said that they were being made. It took a week for them to ship the order but eventually when they arrived I was very happy. Items are beautiful and great quality.
Lovely items. Bright colourful just as the images. The only reason I have not given 5stars is that the backing for the collar statement necklace is stiff so it does not lay flat at the back.
Fast sending and very fluid communication! By cons a little disappointed because my necklace has a small hole on the black ribbons that allow to tie it :(.
Envoi rapide et communication très fluide!
Par contre un peu déçu car mon collier a un petit trou sur les rubans noirs qui permettent de le nouer :(.
Hello everyone, The shipment was reasonable. Only I was one of the clients who came under control. Everything is here. The product is as described on the site. Thank you to the designer for this beautiful work. I recommend Naheri jewelry to all ladies
