The delivery was prompt however, the cowrie shells are quite dark in color (they are in fact a greyish brown tone) which is disappointing. But of even more concern, the necklace has an extremely strong foul odor. I have therefore needed to hang it in my garage with hope that the smell will dissipate to a point that I will be able to wear it. If you have suggestions of what I might do to get rid of the odor, please share...

My necklace was broken when it arrived.
