Jewelry received last year, no problem. Delivery times were OK, even though I didn't know I had to pay customs duties online on the day of delivery. I like all the jewelry and I'm very satisfied with it. I couldn't send my review sooner. Thank you.
Bijoux bien reçus l'année dernière RAS. Délais de livraison OK même si je ne savais pas que je devais m'acquitter de droits de douanes en ligne le jour de la livraison.
Tous les bijoux me plaisent et j'en suis satisfaite+++.
Saleswoman who does not communicate… Beware of additional customs fees… Sending times a bit long… On the other hand, beautiful quality of jewellery. And thank you for the responsiveness of afrikéa in the event of a dispute.
Vendeuse qui ne communique pas… Attention aux frais de douane supplémentaires… Délais d’envois un peu long…Par contre belle qualité de bijoux.Et merci pr la réactivité d’afrikéa en cas de litige.
The product is beautiful, and did not disappoint. However, there was a customs charge that I had to pay upon delivery by UPS, even though I already paid a customs fee when I made the purchase. I don't mind paying, but it would have been good to get a heads up from the seller so that I would have been more prepared. The delivery man did not have any change for my 20, so the poor man had to wait as I tried to scrounge up 9 euros worth of coins.
It wasn't delivered in the time it was stated it would be. I couldn't track my package, so I'm not sure why. It could have been hold up in customs, I don't know.
It's a beautiful necklace. Very well done. I would have liked there to be a chain (which could have been a beaded one) or some mechanism that allowed the necklace to be able to custom size for multiple sized necks. I'm a small lady and would like it to be a little bit snugger around my neck.
All in all I would shop with this vendor again. It took a long time for the necklace to get to me and I did message the vendor, she was prompt in messaging me back and let be know what was going on. So good customer service, and I really like her items.
The Necklace is such awesome quality!!! It’s beautiful and meticulously made!!! I plan to purchase more from this company. Please pass these comments on to the owner!
