J’attendais une robe avec un tissus et des couleurs bien précises Et ce n'est pas ce que j’ai reçu.
Du coup, je me Retrouve avec une robe qui n’a pas le rendu escompté et que je ne vais certainement pas porter.

My order was sent to the wrong address. I NEVER received my order. I had to wait weeks before I received an Afrikrea credit, minus shipping. I wanted my money not a credit. I responded that I should not have to pay shipping since I never received the item. Sosden never replied. I paid using PayPal. In order to get money back through PayPal I had to pay a fee and percentage. So basically I paid for nothing!! I would give No Stars, if I could. Afrikrea customer service did nothing to help. I don't trust this company and will NEVER use them again. Because this company was advertised through Essence Magazine, I sent a complaint of dissatisfaction to them as well.

However it was not until i tried to track it for days and reached out to seller that i was notified the tracking was updated ... the package looks like it was not shipped until 7/15 and it was ordered end of june this seller lied and said it was shipped 10 days ago and i still have not gotten the item which i needed for a wedding TODAY
The order took a long time to be shipped and arrived with a large defect (broken closure). My article needs to be replaced but the seller does not give me any news. I do not recommend considering the price and the quality of the after-sales service
La commande a mis bcp de temps à être expédiée et est arrivée avec un gros défaut (fermeture cassée). Mon article doit être remplacé mais le vendeur ne me donne aucune nouvelle. Je ne recommande pas vu le prix et la qualité du service après vente

- commande passée le 8 octobre avec prise de contact avec la vendeuse pour essayer d’avoir le colis avant le 17 pour un anniversaire
- une semaine plus tard re-prise de contact avec la vendeuse puisque le colis n’est toujours pas parti
- le 19 je reçois un numéro de suivi qui n’est pas valide.
- le 20 seulement le colis est déposé à la poste. Mais après l’heure de ramassage de colis. Du coup il part que le 22 pour arriver le 23.
16 jours pour livrer un colis alors qu’on est en France même. Ben je trouve ça dommage.
J’ai recu la commande 20 jours apres l’achat quand le vendeur m’avait indiqué que je la recevrait dans les 3 jours suivant l’expedition du colis.
De plus le vendeur a arreté de repondre a mes messages lorsque je l’ai informé du probleme de livraison ; j’ai donc du contacter le service Afrikrea qui a ete reactif rassurant et Professionnel.
J’ai finalement recu ma commande. Le produit est en accord avec l’image.
