This is the 2nd review that I've done on this item. My 1st review was done in ignorance. There were some things that I stated, that wasn't correct. I thought that the item had already been worn, but it hadn't and there was not a rip/hole in the lining of the jacket, it was sewn (made) that way intentionally. Also, where I thought there were tape marks, it was from the manufacturing company and not from being worn. I have to tell you that the seller was so very kind when she contacted me to tell me what was going on with the jacket and even though, I was wrong, she made it right by sending me another jacket. This by far, is the best customer service I have received since shopping ANYWHERE on -line. People are really quick to post negative comments (as I initially did) but rarely do they come back, apologize and make it right. I wanted to make sure that I honored this seller by letting people know that I made a mistake in my review and she did everything to correct what I thought was a problem and I had to take the time out to thank her for her professionalism, her character, and her kind heart.

Came broken

This is the 2nd dress I have purchased and it was with a pattern the seller offered on other items. She made it specifically for me with the fabric I wanted and I love it. I very confused about this ring. It arrived flat in an envelope. I wrote to the seller who assured me I could reshape the ring without it breaking. Well so far it hasn’t broken but it is impossible to shape to fit my finger. I have purchased many rings in the past from different vendors but I have never had to “reshape” a ring to fit my finger. I suppose I’ll pay to have a jeweler reshape so I can wear the ring. Taking metal from flat to round is not something I’m accustomed to doing.
