I was pretty disappointed that one of the sets of earrings came broken within the packaging. I'm not sure how that happened but maybe they could have been bubble wrapped themselves apart from the bigger packaging that all of the earrings came in. The wood Africa earrings were not the ones I ordered so I was quite confused by that as well. If the ones I ordered were unavailable, I would've appreciated being asked if I wanted to pick something else. I do appreciate the third pair of earrings that were included that I did not order. I think this was unfortunate but communication goes a long way especially with me. I'm pretty understanding.
Hello, Here is my feedback on the order. I find that the delivery time was very long compared to the items that I ordered the same day and which arrived in less than 1 week. The earrings are pretty but I expected a different reflection and material. Otherwise the hooks arrived bent, had to straighten them, being careful not to break them!
Bonjour,
The first earing that I bought is the same as the picture. The second one isnt the same,it's smaller but at least they give one more. Guess they didn't Have the model that order.
The earrings are not very "straight" I finally did not put them for the event for which I had originally bought them 😏 But very fast delivery Thank you
I appreciate the pair of earrings in addition to considering the long delivery and the not very fluid communication (I relaunched it), but hey, these are things that happen.
Item received in silver orange instead of gold black but the free earrings make up for this detail. Good packaging.
