One word: DIVINE!!!! The customer service, the quality of material used, and fast shipping!!! And I love when my bag comes in it's own bag! I am honored to represent my African culture. I look forward to my next purchase. Thank you so much!!!

The bag is very beautiful, however it requires better packaging to avoid bumps and scratches on the bag, especially at the price paid. I will not return it because it took more than a week to arrive, a follow-up email was necessary because the package did not leave and I had no return from the seller. However, once the follow-up was done via afrikrea who were responsive, the seller sent the order, an error with DHL delayed the arrival of the order but it was quickly corrected by calling them. I still recommend, because the services are very responsive and the product is very beautiful.
