Stunning delivery ! The fabric is simply BEUATIFUL , in the picture it is very nice but in my hands it is A DREAM ! I am enchanted for such a beauty, seller always NUMBER ONE , thank you very much Rosalba from Italy with love
Received quickly. Good exchanges with the reactive saleswoman. I do not put 5 * because the fan was a little dirty on the sides (in my opinion it's due to storage) and I expected to have the same fan as the one on the photo (unique creation) . But it was another and less pretty suddenly (fabric not arranged the same) + lighter colors than in the photo. I recommend anyway
Initial purchase no longer in stock. Proposal for another model that I validated but that does not meet my expectations, so very disappointed ... Moreover, it is really not commercial not to refund the cost of sending a request of refund and not to take charge of the expenses of returns !!! Customer very disappointed !!!!
After an error in the delivery I received my article. I had indeed ordered a fan and I received a dress that I had to return at my expense. I am also waiting for reimbursement. Fortunately the communication with the seller was very good. So I received my order but a little late. However produced very well in accordance with the description.
