I was pretty disappointed that one of the sets of earrings came broken within the packaging. I'm not sure how that happened but maybe they could have been bubble wrapped themselves apart from the bigger packaging that all of the earrings came in. The wood Africa earrings were not the ones I ordered so I was quite confused by that as well. If the ones I ordered were unavailable, I would've appreciated being asked if I wanted to pick something else. I do appreciate the third pair of earrings that were included that I did not order. I think this was unfortunate but communication goes a long way especially with me. I'm pretty understanding.

The first earing that I bought is the same as the picture. The second one isnt the same,it's smaller but at least they give one more. Guess they didn't Have the model that order.
